Change/Cancellation

Any changes/cancellation made to this contract must be made in writing and signed by all parties. In the event that the client(s) is forced to change the date that has been initially agreed, every effort will be made by Edee Beau for their services to be rescheduled to the new date.

 

The client(s) agrees that under such circumstance, any expenses including but not limited to deposits and fees that are non-refundable and non-transferable, remain as stated, and are the sole responsibility of the client(s). There may also be additional charges above and beyond those set in the original contract.

 

The client(s) further understands that last minute changes can impact on the quality of the service they receive. Edee Beau is not responsible for any compromise that may impact on quality. If the client(s) changes the date/location from that which has been initially agreed and Edee Beau is unavailable to provide services, then Edee Beau is released from all contract obligations and shall in no way be held responsible or liable for non-performance.

 

The client(s) also forfeits all costs for non-compliance with this agreement.

 

Cancellation by the Client(s)

In the event of a cancellation by the client(s), deposits are non-refundable.

 

Cancellation by Edee Beau

Should Edee Beau be unable to perform any specific tasks that have been requested, due to the artist illness or other unforeseen circumstances, unearned fees will be refunded and we will do our best to find a substitute artist. Edee Beau cannot be held responsible for any natural disasters that may occur on the day, such as fire, flood, earthquake or any other natural or human acts.

 

Lateness by the Client(s)

In the event of more than 1 hour’s lateness by the client(s), a £20 fee will apply and in some cases be rescheduled to later time or date.

 

Lateness by Edee Beau

In the event of more than 1 hour’s lateness by the Edee Beau, a £20 discount will be deducted from the client(s) total balance.

 

Clients(s) responsibilities

The client(s) is responsible for paying Edee Beau as per contract. In the event that payment has not been received within two weeks of being invoiced, Edee Beau reserves the right to cancel the contract and the booking date & time may be claimed by other parties, without exception and without notice.

 

On the agreed day for the services required, the client(s) is responsible for the Artist’s travel expenses and accommodation (if applicable), calculated as £1.00 per mile from East London area (E16 4LA). 

 

Edee Beau responsibility

Unlimited consultations via email/telephone, extra cost will be added for travel expenses if the meeting takes place outside Edee Beau’s studio. Provide detailed timelines to the client(s). Edee Beau will use their judgment in dealing with sudden changes to ensure the best is made of the situation. 

 

The client(s) gives permission and shall allow Edee Beau to use any of their photographs of services provided, on our website for promotional purposes only. Edee Beau shall use any photographs taken to showcase services provided on their website for promotional purposes only. 

 

Edee Beau gives permission and shall allow the client(s) or other social networking sites to use any photographs/videos in which Edee Beau appears.  This agreement can only be modified in writing and all changes must be agreed and signed by all parties, or by the acknowledgment of email received by both parties.

 

Fees 

For any mutually agreed additional services, such as, travel expenses and accommodation that Edee Beau may incur is to be paid by the client(s). 

 

Deposit

Please note that a 50% payment of the total purchase price is required as a deposit to secure your booking.  Half of that deposit, 25% is non-refundable. The said deposit is to be enclosed with this signed contract, with the remaining 50% balance due 7 days before the confirmed date. A non-refundable deposit of £30 required when the total purchase price is under £100 (if applicable)
