Want to jump on the whole choker trend that's happening without spending a lot of money? With this easy tutorial you can make up 12 styles of your very own DIY choker in a matter of minutes.

I found this 'Special Occasion decorative ribbon' at my local discount store called Home Bargains for only 59p, lo and behold realized that I was able to make some chokers out of it!
Best part is that as the ribbon is 2 meters long you can make as many chokers as you want and share them with your friends.

Measure the diameter of our neck by wrapping the ribbon around your neck and place your finger on where they meet around your neck. Then add about 2 inches (about 3 fingers wide) extra for fastening and then cut the length of ribbon we’d need.

Depending on how wide you want your choker to be, count the rolls and cut

This is your 6 rolls choker, it's that easy ;)

To wear it simply wrap the ribbon around your next and fasten the hair pin through.
